AUSTIN (Talk1370.com) -- Three men have been arrested in connection with the murder of an ice cream man in north Austin in late June.

Austin Police say 20-year old Jermaine Jones, 19-year old Devlon Wardy, and 18-year old Marquis Davis, pictured above, are facing capital murder charges for their connection to the death of Adelaido Bernabe Urias. All three men are in the Travis County Jail with bond set at $1 million each.

The shooting happened on June 23 just after 3:10 p.m. in the 9200 block of Northgate Boulevard. When officers arrived, they found Urias with a gunshot wound. Witnesses said Urias pushed a small ice cream cart around the area regularly; witnesses said three Black men tried to rob him. Urias was transported to Dell Seton Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries on July 1.

Police say they are looking for a fourth suspect who drove a getaway car.

Anyone with video or information on the case is urged to call the APD Homicide tip line at 512-974-TIPS.
