AUSTIN (Talk1370.com) -- Capital Metro says three bus drivers and a mechanic have tested positive for COVID-19.

CapMetro announced the findings Thursday morning.

The mechanic, who officials say never works in a position to interact with the public, last worked on March 16.

The first driver who tested positive drove Route 300 on March 19, 23, 24, and 25.

The second driver last worked on March 26, driving Route 383 on March 21 and Route 937 on March 23, 24, 25, and 26.

The last driver who has tested positive also last worked on March 26. They drove Route 985 on March 19, Route 383 on March 22 & 23, Route 325 on March 24 & 25, and Route 335 on March 26.

Officials say the buses these drivers operated have been removed from service. Anyone who has been a passenger on those routes in the last 14 days should monitor themselves for symptoms.
