CEDAR PARK (KJCE) -- A 35-year old man is dead following a single-vehicle crash in Cedar Park late Sunday night.

Cedar Park Police say they responded to the northbound lanes of 183A at the Whitestone Boulevard exit ramp at 11:30 Sunday night. When officers arrived, they pronounced 35-year old Daniel Studdard deceased.

Witnesses told police that Studdard's 2001 Jeep Wrangler was driving erratically when it swerved off the roadway, striking a guard rail and causing it to overturn. Studdard was ejected from the vehicle.

Officials say their investigation is ongoing. The crash marks Cedar Park's sixth traffic fatality of 2018.
