LOS ANGELES (AP) — A federal judge has denied porn actress Stormy Daniels' request to reconsider delaying her legal fight against President Donald Trump and his personal lawyer.

Tuesday's decision by U.S. District Judge S. James Otero came weeks after Daniels' lawyer, Michael Avenatti, asked the judge to allow him to depose Trump and obtain documents in the lawsuit.

Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, claims she had an affair with Trump in 2006, which he denies.

Daniels argues a nondisclosure agreement she signed should be invalidated because Trump's lawyer, Michael Cohen, signed it, but the president did not.

Cohen was granted the delay after arguing his rights against self-incrimination could be jeopardized because FBI agents raided his home and office in April.

The judge said there wasn't sufficient legal evidence to reverse the prior order.
