ROUND ROCK (KJCE) -- Two girls from Round Rock, missing since Sunday, have been safely found in Colorado - along with the man who is accused of abducting them.

Round Rock police say 44-year old Terry Miles is in custody in Trinidad, Colorado, after local officials made a traffic stop. With him were 7-year-old Lulu Bandera-Margret and 14-year-old Lili Griffith.

Officials say the girls appear to be fine, but will be taken to a hospital for medical evaluation.

The girls' mother, 44-year old Tonya Bates, was found dead inside her Round Rock home in the 2300 block of Leslie Court on Sunday. Miles was Bates' roommate. Bates' death is being investigated as a homicide.
