AUSTIN (Talk1370.com) -- Cloudy skies and isolated to scattered showers will be in the forecast for much of Thursday.

A weak upper-level low-pressure system will bring a 50 percent chance of showers for much of the day, with highs reaching into the upper 80s. Some heavy rainfall could be possible.

Rain chances will diminish after sunset, turning partly cloudy after midnight with lows falling into the upper 60s.

FRIDAY...Partly cloudy. A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon. Highs in the upper 80s. Northeast winds 10 to 15 mph.

FRIDAY NIGHT...Clear. Lows in the lower 60s. Northeast winds 5 to 10 mph.

SATURDAY...Sunny. Highs in the lower 80s. Northeast winds 5 to 10 mph.

SATURDAY NIGHT...Clear. Lows in the upper 50s.

SUNDAY THROUGH MONDAY...Mostly clear. Highs in the mid 80s. Lows in the lower 60s.

MONDAY NIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY...Partly cloudy. Lows in the mid 60s. Highs in the mid 80s.
