It was the sweetest wedding.

An Oklahoma couple said “I do” at the exact location where they first met -- the Dunkin’ drive-thru.

Sugar Good manages the local Dunkin’ in Edmonton, Oklahoma and would hand her future husband, John Thompson, his breakfast every morning at the chain’s drive-thru.

After about a year, she got the nerve to give him her business card which included her cell phone number.

“The day before he called me that September, I was on my way home from work and I thought of all the people going home to be with their families,” Good told the New York Times. “I said to myself, ‘I’m lonely.’ Three tears fell from my eyes.”

After a miniature golf outing, the duo started dating and quickly realized they were in love.

“The funny thing is, we were comfortable with each other from the beginning because we had gotten used to talking to each other every day,” Thompson added.

Thompson, 45, popped the question one morning in April while dropping Good off at work at the drive-thru. She immediately said yes and they instantly realized where they wanted to have the ceremony.

“We knew we wanted to share it with the Dunkin’ family,” the 49-year-old bride told the outlet.

The day of the wedding Good leaned over at the drive-thru window and Thompson drove up in his red truck. A pastor stood in between them to perform a quick ceremony as other customers lined up behind Thompson for their orders.

Afterwards, 30 friends and family gathered for free glazed and maple glazed doughnuts.

“Our story wasn’t glamour, but it was true romance,” Good said.
