Round Rock police asking for help in fatal auto-pedestrian crash

ROUND ROCK, Texas (Talk1370.com) -- Round Rock Police are asking for the public's help in a fatal auto-pedestrian crash that happened Wednesday morning.

Police say 24-year old Cleveland Deshon Elliott was walking near Gattis School Road just west of Surrey Drive sometime between 12:30 a.m. and 1:45 a.m. Wednesday when he was struck by a vehicle. Elliott was transported to a nearby hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.

The vehicle that struck Elliott left the scene. At this time, police don't have a suspect vehicle description to offer.
