TRAVIS COUNTY (KJCE) -- Crews are working to contain a possible propane leak after a tanker truck rolled over in west Travis County Wednesday afternoon.

Austin-Travis County EMS says the call came in from the 4200 block of Bee Creek Road just after 1:30 p.m. Medics transported one patient from the scene to Baylor Scott & White Lakeway; two nearby residents were also evacuated as a precaution.

The tanker had about 1000 gallons of propane in it, according to its driver.

In addition to ATCEMS, crews from Pedernales Fire, Lake Travis Fire, and Austin Fire were working to contain the situation. Crews stopped the leak just before 2:30 p.m.

The propane company was able to offload the truck, and the road re-opened to traffic around 4:30 p.m.
