Travis County confirms 46 new cases of COVID-19, now 351 total

AUSTIN (Talk1370.com) -- Local health officials say 46 new cases of COVID-19 have been identified in Travis County, bringing the local total to 351 as of Thursday afternoon.

155 of the cases are between ages 20 and 39, according to data from Austin Public Health.

Officials continue to stress the importance of social distancing and only leaving home for essential activities, in keeping with both local orders that remain in effect through April 13 and the statewide "essential services and activities order" that Texas Gov. Greg Abbott issued through April 30.
