WILLIAMSON COUNTY (Talk1370.com) -- Williamson County will end its relationship with the television show "Live PD", following a unanimous vote by county commissioners on Tuesday.

The show, which takes viewers along live with members of law enforcement as they carry out their duties, has featured members of the Williamson County Sheriff's Office since last November. The show is produced by Big Fish Entertainment and airs on the cable network A&E.

In May, county commissioners voted 3-2 to continue discussions over a new contract despite some controversy surrounding the show. Legal concerns may have also factored into Tuesday's decision, with District Attorney Shawn Dick expressing concerns that his office can't access raw video that was filmed but not broadcast on the show.
